1. How does Carnival Curated make my Carnival experience easier?

We handle all the time-consuming logistics so you don’t have to! From securing accommodations and transportation to picking up your mas costume and event tickets, we ensure everything is organized and ready for your arrival—stress-free.


2. Do I have to pay and register for my costume and J'ouvert package separately?

Yes, while we organize everything on your behalf, the cost of your costume and J'ouvert package, are not included in our concierge fee. You will have to register and make payments directly, and we will ensure everything is secured, collected, and delivered to you seamlessly.


3. Will you purchase my event tickets for me?

Yes, for a separate fee we will source and secure event tickets on your behalf. This ensures you get access to the best fetes and most in demand parties without the hassle of finding and purchasing them yourself. Tickets will be charged separately based on availability and event pricing.


4. Can I customize my concierge package?

Absolutely! While our packages come with curated inclusions, you can personalize your experience by adding extra services.


5. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

All concierge service fees are non-refundable once bookings have been made. However, if third-party services (hotels, transportation, events) allow cancellations, we will assist in requesting a refund, but approval is subject to their policies.
